Software License Returns

At COVIANT SOFTWARE LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for software licenses, subscription services, and custom development projects.

1Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must meet the following criteria to be considered:

  • Software Licenses: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. The software must not have been downloaded, activated, or used beyond the trial period.
  • Subscription Services: Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with no refund for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within the first 60 days.
  • Custom Development: Custom software development projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance may be refunded if the project is canceled before 25% completion.
  • Training & Consulting: Services must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Important Note

Once a software license has been activated or a license key has been provided, the purchase becomes final and is no longer eligible for a refund. Please ensure you review system requirements and product specifications before making your purchase.

2Process Timeline

The refund process follows these timelines:

1-2 Business Days

Review and approval of refund request

3-5 Business Days

Processing refund through payment system

5-10 Business Days

Refund appears in your account (varies by bank)

Total processing time: 14-30 business days from the date your refund request is approved. You will receive email notifications at each stage of the process.

3Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Downloaded or activated software products
  • Third-party licenses or services purchased through COVIANT
  • Completed custom development work
  • Training sessions that have already occurred
  • Promotional or discounted items marked as "final sale"
